Meeting:
Detailed organization of the block chiefs' interview program.
Organization of the mapping work of the blocks.
Transfer data base of the neighborhood to DUOT.
Visit:
General visit (of xopela), including streets, public spaces, equipment and services and main tertiary areas, flooded areas and works of Rua da Paz.
Development of the meeting and the visit
Meeting:
1. Coordinator Arwen demonstrates the block map created by Kaya Clinica
2. The Coord.Arwen presents and delivers the structured table by days and numbers of blocks of the program of interviews to the chiefs of block.
3. Coord.Arwen informs that the number of blocks is greater than 138, taking into account that some have same number although they are divided into X number and XA number, or XA number and XB number.
4. Coord.Arwen proposed a work program for the survey of unmapped blocks.
5. The Secretariat Amelia provides photocopies of the "Geographic location of the neighborhood, statistics and nominal list of the chiefs of the blocks and the 10 houses", of the year 2017.
6. The Secretariat Amélia proposes a methodology of work for the mapping of the blocks used in the neighborhood of Malhazine (by being also the secretariat of this neighborhood).
Visit:
Mr. Antonio accompanies and facilitates the necessary information to carry out the routes along the routes that Coord.Arwen needs to know and map, as well as sample the location of the main equipment, infrastructures, tertiary areas and neighborhood works.

Logistics for the block chiefs' interview program
A- The logistics coordination of the interviews program of the block chiefs is established:
- Day 1: 22/01/19. Chiefs from 1 to 34: 9-12am chiefs 1 to 17; 13-16pm chiefs 18 to 34, which will include the missing blocks XA or XB.
- Day 2: 24/01/19. Chiefs from 35 to 68: 9-12am chiefs 35 to 51; 13-16pm chiefs 52-68, where the missing XA or XB blocks will be included.
- Day 3: 29/01/19. Chiefs from 69 to 103: 9-12am chiefs 69 to 88; 13-16pm chiefs 86 to 103, where the missing blocks XA or XB will be included.
- Day 4: 31/01/19. Chiefs of 104 to 138: 9-12am chiefs 104 to 120; 13-16pm chiefs 121 to 138, which will include the missing blocks XA or XB.
B- If there are chiefs who did not attend the scheduled days, it would be a fifth extra day.
C- Day 1 will have the headquarters of the Community Center of GD, and the days 2, 3 and 4 will be established in the next days by the Secretariat Amélia.
D- Secretary Amelia will provide in the next few days the "Geographic location of the neighborhood, statistics and nominal list of chiefs of blocks and 10 houses" updated, with number of inhabitants divided between men and women, the contact of the block heads and 10 houses updated.
Throughout the work, Coord.Arwen will provide the Amelia office with the updated number of blocks, as well as a map of them, as well as the list of infrastructures, equipment, public spaces and tertiary areas, formal and informal, public, community and private, updated, as well as a map of the urban spaces mentioned.
Logistic for mapping of blocks
F- The logistics coordination of the block mapping program, to be organized by the Amelia Secretariat with the heads of each zone, establishes:
Day 1: 23/01/19. North Zone.
Day 2: 30/01/19. Central area.
Day 3: 05/02/19. South zone.
Day 4: 07/02/19. Attached area (left area of N-I and north area above Lourdes Mutola).
G- Coord.Arwen, will carry out the mapping with GPS with the cadastro technician Adérito Piloto.
